She holds formal qualifications in Training (Certificate IV Training and Assessment), Public Safety (Diploma of Public Safety -Policing) and is a highly skilled facilitator. Joanne is a Member of IAWBH - International Association on Workplace Bullying and Harassment.

Joanne’s life purpose is to offer unique solutions that both employers and employees can use to drive positive change within their workplaces and their personal lives.

She has lived as a victim of workplace bullying, as a survivor of workplace bullying and as an ex-police officer her experiences provide invaluable insight into the systemic culture of bullying, harassment, discrimination and victimisation in the workplace.
